The Basics

Welcome to TeaParty! We're VNTY, and these are our rules. By using TeaParty, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, that's cool - but you can't use our app. Simple as that!

What TeaParty Is

TeaParty is a text messaging chat app that lets you connect with Brad (our AI chat buddy) and other cool features. We provide the platform, you bring the conversations!

Who Can Use TeaParty

• You must be at least 13 years old
• You need a valid phone number
• You must have the right to use that phone number
• You can't be banned from our service (obviously)
• You need to follow the law where you live

Text Messaging Rules

When you sign up for TeaParty, you're agreeing to receive text messages. Here's what you need to know:

• Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive texts from TeaParty
• Message Frequency: Varies based on your usage - could be daily, weekly, or whenever you chat
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply
• Carriers: Works with all major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.)
• Stop Messages: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately
• Help: Text HELP for support or visit our website
• No Spam Promise: We won't spam you or sell your number

Your Account

• One account per phone number
• You're responsible for everything that happens on your account
• Keep your login info safe (don't share it!)
• Tell us ASAP if someone hacks your account
• We can suspend or delete accounts that break the rules

DO:

• Use TeaParty for fun, friendly conversations
• Respect other users
• Report problems or abuse
• Keep your account info updated
• Follow all applicable laws

DON'T:

• Send spam or unwanted messages
• Harass, bully, or threaten anyone
• Share illegal content
• Impersonate others
• Try to hack or break our systems
• Use TeaParty for commercial spam
• Violate anyone's privacy
• Send malware or viruses

Your Content

When you send messages through TeaParty:

• You own your content
• You give us permission to transmit and store your messages
• You're responsible for what you send
• We can remove content that breaks our rules
• We might use anonymous data to improve our service

Payment Terms

If you sign up for a paid plan:

• You pay in advance (monthly or yearly)
• Prices might change (we'll tell you first)
• Refunds are handled case-by-case
• You can cancel anytime
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Change or discontinue features
• Update these terms (we'll notify you)
• Suspend accounts that violate terms
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required
• Fix bugs and improve the service

Disclaimers (The Legal Stuff)

TeaParty is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not responsible for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Lost messages or data
• Carrier charges for texts
• Content sent by other users
• Third-party services or links

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (or $100, whichever is less).

TCPA Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA):

• We only text users who have opted in
• We maintain opt-out mechanisms (text STOP)
• We don't use auto-dialers for marketing without consent
• We respect Do Not Call lists
• We maintain records of consent
• We follow time restrictions for messages

Dispute Resolution

If we have a disagreement:

• First, let's try to work it out directly (email us!)
• If that doesn't work, we'll use binding arbitration
• No class action lawsuits (individual claims only)
• These terms are governed by Delaware law

Termination

Either of us can end this relationship:

• You can delete your account anytime
• You can text STOP to unsubscribe from messages
• We can terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Some sections of these terms survive termination (like dispute resolution)
